Your Project Coordinator will diligently procure bids from subcontractors and vendors, aligning them with the approved Specifications Book to establish the overall project budget. With this groundwork in place, upon permit issuance, you will be provided with a Decision Deadline Schedule, meticulously crafted to maintain organizational discipline and adherence to timelines throughout the construction process. This ensures a smooth and efficient progression of your project.
Project Management
Our dedicated team, led by an experienced Operations Manager, oversees every facet of your project with meticulous attention to detail. Utilizing specialized software, we provide real-time updates on scheduling, while our Controller diligently manages expenses with comprehensive monthly billings for transparency. Our Office Administrator efficiently handles insurance and lien releases, streamlining administrative tasks.
This comprehensive approach ensures the seamless execution of your project, adhering to timeframes and budgets.
Construction
Undertaking the journey of home construction is a substantial undertaking, and we are committed to guiding you through every step with expertise and dedication. As your trusted construction management team, we assume responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, acting as the primary liaison for subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and city inspectors.
With your dedicated Project Manager on-site daily, we ensure meticulous attention to detail, guaranteeing that every task is executed to the highest standards. We employ top-quality materials and advanced techniques to bring your vision to life.
Project Completion
In our unwavering commitment to your satisfaction, we execute a comprehensive close-out process. This entails:
• Arranging a thorough inspection by an Independent Home Inspector
• Conducting a detailed walk-through with you to compile a final punch list
Upon your move-in, you will receive our Comprehensive Close-Out Package, ensuring you have all necessary documentation and warranties for your new home. This reflects our dedication to a seamless transition.
Ongoing Care
Our commitment to your satisfaction continues beyond move-in with our comprehensive warranty package:
• Full-coverage warranty for the first year
• Two-year electrical and mechanical warranty
• Ten-year structural warranty
